Payment Channels

Gem Space accepts payments through trusted platform and marketplace payment channels, including:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Web payment solutions, where available and subject to future implementation

The standard subscription fee is approximately USD 5 per month.
The final price may vary depending on the user’s country, local currency, promotional offers, platform fees, and applicable taxes.

Actual turnover may vary depending on user acquisition, subscription conversion rates, market conditions, and the pace of product growth.

The company’s primary target markets include:

• European countries, including both EEA and non-EEA Europe
• The Middle East and North Africa region

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the payment platform used for the purchase. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of the relevant payment provider, including Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or the applicable web payment provider, together with the Company’s Refund Policy.

VAT and Tax Treatment

Where applicable, VAT and other indirect taxes are calculated and collected in accordance with the tax regulations of the customer’s jurisdiction. For transactions within the European Union, VAT obligations may be administered through the EU One-Stop Shop (OSS) mechanism or other applicable tax compliance frameworks.

Revenue Model

Gem Space generates revenue primarily through subscription-based services offered to end users. Users can purchase subscriptions through the Gem Space mobile applications for iOS and Android. Web-based subscriptions may also be introduced where available.
