2. Measures Against Terrorist Content
To safeguard users and prevent the propagation of terrorist content through Gem Space, the Company has implemented the certain measures. Additionally, the Gem Space’s terms of use, which apply to all users, explicitly prohibit the dissemination of terrorist and violent content.
The Company has developed and implemented several methods for detecting and removing or blocking terrorist content. These measures complement one another and serve as a timely and effective means of combating the appearance of illegal content in Gem Space.

All content in Gem Space is checked by a content monitoring system based on filtering rules and AI‐based tools, which automatically detects and recognizes visual signals within images and key phrases, performs semantic analysis, and compares semantic elements in user posts with a list of prohibited words and phrases. Therefore, this content monitoring system detects potentially dangerous content and either deletes it or blocks access to it. In situations where the content monitoring system has minimal confidence, the content is escalated to human moderators for manual review.

Gem Space also empowers users to proactively report any illegal content, which will undergo additional screening and, if necessary, be removed or blocked. This mechanism establishes a trusted environment for Gem Space users, ensuring that reports of violations will be thoroughly reviewed and addressed.
The Company is commitied to enhancing the effectiveness and reliability of the content monitoring system utilized in Gem Space. To prevent the reappearance of terrorist content, the Company is constantly expanding its filtering rules, adding new rules and refining existing ones, and fine‐tuning AI‐based tools. The Company is also updating its guidelines for human moderators, clarifying which indicators require special atiention.
